As always our Saturday session is a lengthy one, beginning in the early afternoon outside and running right through the night over the three arenas of City Hall. The outside floor is deep house all day and fires up at 2pm with vinyl junkie Paul Waxon kicking off proceedings. He is followed by DJ Lloyd back-to-back with Sir Vincent and then Adam de Smit. As the sun sets in the courtyard we have a hip-hop interlude from Cape legend the Real Rozzano who hands over to DJ Superfly, the man tasked with setting the tone for Mobilee boss and house music heavyweight Ralf Kollmann.

Meanwhile the main auditorium fires up at 6pm with Long Street massive Uppercut representing their brand of past, present and future hip-hop, setting the scene for an all-star line-up of heavy hitting bass music that runs from Driemanskap into Crosby and Friends, Petite Noir making his live performance debut on home soil, who is followed by an extremely experimental act of Angel Ho & Dope Saint Jude, Cape Based acts, making waves across the world.. From there the ever awe inspiring Sibot and Toyota open proceedings for Metalheadz chief and godfather of drum ‘n bass: Goldie. Uppercut return to close out the night while we wring out our shirts and sweep up the sweat.

The upstairs club is a smorgasbord of electronic music mayhem that is served from 7pm. Mudblud sets the scene for our very own Aero Manyelo, the local headliner who introduces a plethora of local beat heads; DJ Lag and Rudeboyz bring street style bump and grind before the slick minimalistic studio studious Danalog begins a session of refined techno that sweeps from Andy Dill into Bander.

Today is the only day that you can get your hands on the once off special of R250 for a full day pass for Saturday. Don’t miss out as this is an online saving of R50 and saves you R100 on the door. The sale lasts for 24 hours, so don’t waste time. The Saturday line-up is the meat of the beat feast on offer, but don’t forget a full weekend pass ensures you won’t miss a minute.
